couldn’t eat any food and it hurts to swallow my own spit most of the time

I just can’t wait to wake up and drink my meds again and go to shop to buy more Lucozade

I remember my friend told me about an app which had literally EVERYTHING completely free, like i gave him examples of niche movies to test it, and when he looked it up it had not just the film but also multiple versions of it

I was fucking pissed though because it wasnt accessible on apple phones or my laptop, wouldve been the key to a treasure chest though

also idk what its called but im sure yk about how you boil a pot of water and put your head over it with a towel on your head surrounded the pot so the steam goes thru your nostrils/mouth
do that in between each piece of food and after everything
after all that take a hot shower

well cold showers do but the steam from the hot showers helps heal the sickness

usually what makes me not do it when im sick is the exhaustion from the overall sickness but when its for so long and i need to get rid of it quickly i have to do it

and its not a mandatory step aswell ofc

you should try it out tho if you can
