Been doing it for a couple months now and have seen some pretty decent improvement.

Note it leaves out the muscles that fully form a smile. Smiling forms fat looking cheeks which is undesirable.

Can u do it without making an o with your lips? Because making an o also works other muscles I only want three zygo
