Some crowding and because of the lack of space the front ones flare outward and my lower jaw is visibly wider than the upper, the lower teeth are kinda tipped inwards to compensate and I can't fit my tongue properly

It's just a slow expansion of a few milimiters, getting botched from that would be really difficult unless I expand like a centimeter. My brother had that expander but the dentist have it to him, he expanded 4mm and his bite didn't have any issues
