Thought i started on 2mg reta but actually was on 4.4mg

First reconstituted vial of 20mg ran out after 4 weeks of what i assumed was 2mg per 0.2ml but it was actually 4.4mg. So im assuming i just titrate to 5mg with 2 split doses of 2.5mg every monday and thursday. Just want to hear yalls thoughts. Should i do 5mg for the next two weeks and up it to 5.5mg? or stick to 5mg for the this month and titrate after 4 weeks.
