Lately on TikTok I’ve seen humming as a method for maxillary growth because the vibrations and stuff but also I heard that’s it’s a good voicemaxx too if you hum at 50hz or something that can deepen your voice. Is this cope?

Singers do practice for that all the time, you'll find more confidence and speak smoothly when you do it (it's not cope)

Now deepening the voice? that's BS, voice pitch comes from vocal cords in the throat. The thicker they are, the deeper it'll be, the thinner it is, the more " squeaky " it'll come out.

This is why when you have a fever, cold, etc your voice sounds deeper, the mucus buildup.

If you deal with voice cracks etc yeah, do practice them

There's 0 evidence that it increases the growth, but it's connected with nasal cavities which are close to the maxilla, enhancing its health

Humming is healthy, it reduces your anxiety, stress, and boosts the NO (Nasal Nitric production of oxide) which widens and relaxes blood flow/helps inhaling more oxygen.

mark as solution (y)
