Weekly:
Gym 5x week
Callorie deficit-800
-no sugar
-less sodium more potassium
-healthy diet no goy
Daily:
•morning
-shower
-ice face
-skin care: washing gel for face and zinc creme
-vitamin c serum with coffeine
-moisturizer
-coconut oil pulling
•night
-coconut oil pulling
-vitamin c serum with coffeine
-red filter 1hr before sleeping
-skincare rotuine

What could i improve? Also when should i take vitamins? Vitamin d2+k2,zinc,ashwaganda,omega3
 
why dont u take roids

Just missing halotestin and tren
 
Maybe try doing Gym 3x weeks and HIT/cardio 6-7x weeks

Should i do lymphatic drainage or should i cut icing out?
 
2 times oil pulling is kinda unnecessary, diet is kinda hard to stay locked in for more then 2 weeks also tho

been doing the same diet for 6 months now losg 15kgs
 
Why not? Any particular reason? I did fair amount of research but tbh never seen an age restriction
because you need to be in a caloric surplus to grow bones height etc, also will ruin youre peak hormones
