Thoughts on 48 hr fasting ?

You shouldn’t fast. Just eat to satiety 1 time a day every day.

It's good but when I did fast (I don't so much currently because I'm already about 66kg) I preferred 18 hours OR longer, about 3 days.

The reason is because the 2nd day can be the hardest, so once you pass that hurdle you can quite easily groove for another day and get much more results.

The cell regenerative process peaks out at about 5 days, so that's a good number to shoot for.

16-24 hours is quite easy compared to 48, so you can do that frequently over a number of weeks.

I do 23 hrs as any human should do aka. OMAD diet
