The country I live in doesnt view topical retinoids as prescription cream so I can go pick them up easily at a pharmacy over the counter, Im thinking of running accutane off indiamart then using tretinoin possibly forever. Thoughts?

jeez Im just using it to get rid of my subaceous filaments on my nose, they're black so everyone calls them blackheads. After accutane destroys them I might switch to tret so they never come back

accutane fixed my acne within like 3 months so id recommend but tret is second best if that doesnt work for u

it will never come back the pores after that, because it shrinks the gland

doing the same thing currently on Tret but switching to accutane mainly because i want to shrink my nose getting rid of sebaceous filaments as well as clear skin

Well accutane shrinks oil glands so you produce less oil which in turn makes it far harder if not impossible to get acne in the future, tretinoin is also better for actual antiaging, not that great for acne though, if you want to use a topical retinoid for whatever reason go tazarotene

why not just run 20mg isotret forever? only topical thats actually worthwhile is tazarotene for collagen anyways.

its too liver toxic, also forgot to mention. Dries the fuck out of ur skin, I have ADHD so anything like a set routine is hard for me to follow, just so boring, I dont want to moisturize daily, I dont even wear sunscreen

Yes good that’s what I’ve done this is my transformation. 40mg/ed for 3-4 months 0.05% tret every night (sorry for poor quality on sec pic) it’s a ss from a vid)
