u should start low dose accutane too

Hydrocortisone doesnt slim your nose over time - its an instant affect and lasts for around 12 hours. I recommend putting it on when you go out (be careful with the amount and frequency though as you may be subject to topical steriod withdrawal)

I believe that overtime it causes skin atrophy and thins the skin if used consistently
