Im not the biggest eaters i would say i normally eat 2 meals a day with no snacking am i malnourshing myself i eat relatively healthy with a high protein diet consitenting of meat milk fish and starchy cabrohydrates and only eat junk food before my workout for motor unit recruitment.
 
2 meals won't cut it unless they're huge. nutrients matter the most however

not any good ones personally, I really just eat Meat, eggs, and milk, with the occasional banana
bro your malnourshing yourself if u aint got carbs.
 
What do you use as fuel pre workout because i tend to drink a energy drink with some goyslop.
usually the previous meal I had before works, or just quick acting carbs like a banana

Yeah ill give it a go but if i feel tired during workout im going back to my old pre because it seems to fuel me well.
