Too wide cheekbones are an underrated failo. Reducing cheekbones like gooks do might be the move.

Look at that ascension. With one surgery you can achieve better ESR, better bizygo:bigonial ratio, better perceived PFL, better forehead width... Also frauds a taller looking skull.

I believe this kind of surgery is specially aimed at men that have the widest part of their faces at their cheekbones, meaning both their temples and jaw are narrower than their cheekbones, giving them a diamond shaped face. That's a very bad look.

The optimal type of male face is where the temples and cheekbones are the same width, while the jaw can be around the same width or even a bit wider, like in the case of Brad Pitt.

I just had cheekbone reduction surgery. I only recommend it because having less prominent cheekbones can really make jaw more defined and you look less alien.

i plan on getting a cheekbone reduction with my bimax. my esr is too low. can you share some of the benifits that you got with this surgery? how did it affect your ratios? i am really hesitant with this one since a cheekbone reduction would actually worsens my fwhr, but improve my esr...

male my ipd is already on the lower end but my zygos are even wider giving me a brutal oval look and low esr

in addition to the zygomatic reduction i think a ccw lefort1 would make sense no? to shorten the midface and avoid the longface look after the reduction
