I didn't get any results from it. My teeth are genetically yellow tho, like since i was a kid.

There is a good thread on .org on teeth whitening from 2020 if I can remember coconut oil wont do much but u can use it to brush your teeth

Just get whitening strips. Anything without peroxide is cope besides brushing your teeth (water)
