Thoughts on cosmetic orbital de compression from dr taban

I feel like my orbital bones are good but want a more deepset eye look. Was thinking of getting cosmetic orbital decompression first and see how it looks. If there’s room for improvement then i would almond eye surgery shortly after it heals. What’s your guys thoughts? Appreciate the responses in advance.
