I live in Australia (albeit the other side from Dr Paul) and am looking to do a bimax as I have a recessed jaw and jaw clicking/assymwtry issues and minor/moderate tooth crowding. How much would I expect to pay and is he worth it?
I've been told I would ascend hard if I had a bimax performed (I can pm if you want). I also have a severely deviated septum (as quoted by the ENT I saw, it's the worst he's ever seen). Would I perform thus surgery after, or at the same time as the bimax.
