Thoughts on Fiber?

Everybody talks about staying away from carbs, getting more protein. What about fiber? Like kiwi, or cranberry. I’ve also been having one meal per day, as I’ve been feeling less hungry. I usually eat around 8pm, although weak people call it an eating disorder..
 
It's useless indigestible garbage.
