It's legit to a point. You look significantly more jacked in clothes at higher bodyfat.

The key is to find the balance between size and facial aesthetics, because there is a sweetspot where you have enough fat to fill out clothes, but your face is still relatively lean.

For me, that's around 15% bf. Any lower, and I look weak in clothes. Any higher, and the extra size isn't worth the face fat/bloat
