Thoughts on gym in morning after waking up

I won’t be able to carbmaxx but I think it’s more optimal for my discipline throughout the day. Is this good or should I continue going in afternoon

imo morning gym can be a bit problematic if you just roll out of bed and go

youre slightly dehydrated after the night, low glycogen, body feels stiff so weaker performance

fix is simple

drink 300–500ml water right after waking
small snack (banana / something light) if needed
warm up properly

cba doing it at night. just like getting it out the way. But i mainly have to do night after work or some bs

its good because test levels are at the highest in the morning but it wont be a very noticeable effect but still better than any time

When I go back to school I’m planning on waking up and going before. I’m gonna have to be asleep by 9pm tho lol

theres no point going to the gym if ur not gonna fuel urself with carbs, honestly feels like shit working out without any preworkout meals
