I'm 16 and have recently started taking creatine, the bag of it said to only take 5g per day but I am seeing in a lot of places that taking up to 20g can be really beneficial. I myself and a very fit person going to the gym and training MMA nearly every day of the week. Just wanted to know anyone's who's taken 20g of creatine per day thoughts on it.
