wish i could but i am poor and stuck with this ortho & jaw surgeon. i will get three-piece lf1 after i reduce the crowding though, for some reason the surgeon wants to do it after and not before, don't know why but i have no say in the matter.

Your best bet is some form of palate expander, I'd avoid MSE but use something to expand by only a few mm, then doing a lefort.
