Thoughts on jaw surgeons bimax movement recommendations?

So currently I'm on braces for the bimax and the surgeon said that currently he thinks around 4-5mm upper jaw advancement and 12mm advancement on the lower jaw would be ideal. Also we will do a CCW rotation. Do you see this plan ascending my side profile?
