Idk PSL scale shit but on a normal /10 scale I'd give her a 4. She's a bit below average in my opinion, bizarre shaped lips, too wideset eyes, extreme amount of volume under her brows which looks so weird, she is very bloated looking and just caked on with makeup.

And for being a celebrity (who I'm pretty sure has been a celebrity since she was a little child), yea I think with the same resources most girls would definitely be more attractive than her.
