Thoughts on nasal spray peptides

I’ve been seeing people push nasal spray peptides like MT2 or semax. Wanted to know if there are any nasal spray peptides that do actually work well.

Rule of thumb: If you're not injecting it into yourself, you likely will not get great benefits from it.

Intranasal works well and sometimes better than subcutaneous for some peptides, those include MT2 and semax. Its pretty practical when you’re running multiple peptides at once, because it helps decrease the amount of injections that you’d have to do
