i didn't even noticed the one in the front
not over but i wouldn't recommend do any other tattoo in the neck specially if big

depends on your job. if you live in a cuck lgbtq place and are like a programmer or something it could not be a problem. or work in a gas station lmao. but for some jobs yeah i suggest you not do that.
