Pregnenolone or progesterone?

Pregnenolone is pretty safe, the usual dose is 30 - 100mg

It'll convert into the amount of DHEA and progesterone your body needs

I take 30mg every so often

Yeah, it'll increase the metabolic rate, so good in regards to every aspect, including looks

You'll be fighting an upstream battle.

The youth hormones themselves can "cure" hair loss.

How often?

how can i not get gyno from taking it?

Can take every day

That's only an issue with pregnenolone's offset hormones: progesterone and DHEA.

Pregnenolone is very safe, it'll only convert to the amount of prog and DHEA the body needs.
I bought dhea supplement 25 mg should I keep taking it :Comfy:

That's the one I recently bought, the effects are very very noticeable. Plus it's just progesterone and vitamin E and MCTs, all good ingredients

are there any cheaper alternatives?
:(

It has 3.5 mg of progesterone per drop and there's like 450 drops or something. That and the high amount of vitamin E from natural tocopherols and the coconut triglycerides makes it very useful in multiple ways. So imo it's not that expensive
