Thoughts on Ramieris approach to gonial and inframalar implants and his own "implate technology" check the YouTube link

ramieri has his own design of a implant for the gonion and mandible that he can place during trimax he also tends to place what seems to be a non saddled inframalar implant as seen in the video, I would like to know your thoughts on the design, I would really value @RealSurgerymax opinion on it since he has experience with design, so he can let me know if its lacking in design and if ramieri could use Giant's design in the same way that he uses the implate (in a single stage approach so I don't have to make multiple trips to Italy) . also @PrimoMaxxer you seem to have gotten a very similar approach, how did it go and are you happy with the results even if you haven't healed yet fully?

Correction: Hybrid Implants and plates are "Giants own technology"

I (Giant) invented Implate before him for the record.

I also applied this to more than just jaw angles.

I believe he thought of jaw angle/bsso plate independently, although I did first and time stamped public release on social media shows that. Im not mad about it but I will not allow the narrative to not recognize me.

Im guessing your design for hybrid is better compared to ramieris in terms of how it looks on patients huh?, also you think that ramieri will be willing to do the surgery based off of your design entirely or do more of a pags approach where you design the peek implants and he designs the plates, maybe a stupid question to ask but like I've mentioned in previous threads I want to do a single stage approach with your design but I won't get financial aid from my parents if I decide to get the surgery in turkey

No thats not submalar. It accentuated the cheek bone and hollow cheeks.

Submalar means going below the border of the cheekbone

doesn't ramieri design the plates themselves for lefort 1 and bsso tho? Wouldn't that prevent him from using your hybrid design? or can he perform the surgery based off of you design entirely meaning not just using your design for implants but also for the plates themselves
