Overhyped but infinitely better than ultra pasteurized commercial shit milk. Anything raw is decent as long as the source was clean and fresh. I mean healthy grass fed chickens/goats/cows

Barely anything different from pasteurized, plus if you have a good diet and don't eat too much slop you really wont need it

Where I live raw milk costs more than pasteurized milk so I think it's a waste of money since you can get the benefits of raw milk from other foods that are much cheaper

Need extremely good source but beneficial during development , drink it if u have a good source just superior to pasteurised but don't expect it to turn you into a super hero

Eat raw honey for the digestive enzymes and yogurt for bacteria. And then the other nutrients like B12 only have a 10% loss so if you drink slightly more milk you will get the same amount of nutrients and there’s more vitamin D compared to raw milk because of vitamin D fortification.
