Thoughts on starvemaxxing, and my experience

I was back home for the holidays around late 2025, And my sister who I hadn't seen for around 7 months (formerly around 100kg, maybe im being harsh but thats my estimation) was unrecognisable, she was around 52kg now and i was unbelievably jealous. She didn't starve herself she didn't do anything significant, only cut down to one meal a day, now as stupid as i sound because OMAD definitely does work i found it really gay and autistic to restrict yourself to one meal a day and not see near instant results, so my mind instantly goes to starving as thats the next step down, Dec 24th 2025 i was 152kg and by the time my trip was over around January 17th i was 118kg-120kg not entirely sure exactly what i weighed but it was certainly in that window. Doing a starve that long with no experience at all was definitely retarded, i was fainting all the time, cold sweats, and my heart rate would go up significantly at times (never measured bpm tho so that could be a lie).

I kept telling myself that id be content and happy at 120kg and just do the rest naturally, but by the time i lost that initial 32kg i was miserable, even after loosing that much all i could think about was how much of a fat stupid chud i was. so when i was back from my trip i starved again this time, january 22nd to february 19th
lost even more weight and i was sitting at around 99kg-100kg. now while to everybody else this may look like success so far in my eyes it wasn't.

I struggle to eat regularly now i subconsciously starve myself without thinking of it, and within the window between 17th of January to the 22nd of January i was constantly purging anything i ate whether that be self induced vomiting, or laxatives. it completely ruined my relationship with food and now i just look like a weirdo to anybody who dosent know, i wouldnt reccomend this to anyone, not because im not a professional or inexperienced, but since this has genuinely ruined my life
i sit around 87kg-90kg as of recent and while sure i get the attention i always wanted, the congratulations i always wanted, deep down i just feel like instead of being a stupid fat chud now im just a stupid chud.

just use some reta + high protein diet
