How do people use sunscreen on a daily basis and not look like ghostshits? Plus there's talks about non minerals sunscreens giving you skin cancer
What's the ideal usage of sunscreen? Do you guys use it all year round or only in the most sun intensive parts of the year?

He’s it every single time you go out, SPF50 PA++++.

you should be using sunscreen every day bc the main damage comes from short-wavelength uva/uvb radation which passes through clouds and windows and causes collagen breakdown. i wear a tinted zinc-oxide sunscreen. people who tell you not to use sunscreen are braindead, any potential risk involved with wearing it is TINY compared to the risk of skin cancer and photo-aging. just looking at these twins should be enough

How do you avoid looking pale then
You don’t avoid it, you will still look pale.

The only thing you can do to minimize sun damage while tanning is to use MT2 which will help you tan faster and more effectively so you won’t be in the sun for a long period of time anyway

beta-carotenoid consumption. tanning via the sun might look good in your youth but nukes you long-term
