Thoughts on the primal diet and primal dieters ? (NOT the only meat diet)

I honestly just want to know what the community has to say about it, most of the Primal I see (Anecdote) Dont look "Unhealthy" But visible bio-markers aren't everything after all (I have no opinion on either side against or for them)

it's probably as close as it gets to the optimal diet but it's not going to do shit looks wise and unrealistic in the modern world
