not big into surgery but wouldn't a fat blocky implant like that make your face seem quite bloated.

all the cheekbone implants I've seen usually look more streamlined.

I actually do think undereye hollows improve in a lot of these. The rest of the eye area…yeah there usually ain’t shit you can do. But if OP’s is as bad as he claims then it could be worth a shot.
