Thoughts on this bimax result

But anyways, from what I remember he did an insurance-covered bimax mainly to fix assymetry and recession

My question is, do you think the bimax could’ve been any better, or do you think any further improvement would require implants anyway? I wish I could remember what his movements were, but I don’t believe they were close to the maximum possible. I wonder if he had received larger movements, if his front profile would’ve changed more.

It's a totally okay result and I feel people are too hard on it here. Not amazing but not horrible either. He no longer seems recessed. This is probably a good example of the average bimax result tbh

I also respect him for using before and afters that are much less frauded than the usual bimax patient

I hope his rhino goes well as that will be what really changes his front for him

As someone who also has extreme asymmetry I think his case is super admirable in that regard

I don’t love his Philtrum curve tho it is also flat in the b4

Rest is decent nothing insane but overall good result imo

He basically has to un-jew himself in order to look decent. The before's remind me of 1930s antisemite caricatures.

Correcting the jaw was a step in the right direction. Rhino could be a turning point. Oculoplastics might still be necessary to complete the journey.

I saw him a while back; he was saying it's mostly functional and aesthetics are just going to be the byproduct.

I agree tbh especially now that the swelling is gone it does look better than I thought at first, especially from the side profile

I’m just doing a lot of research rn on how big the difference is between a functional bimax like this and a more blackpilled aesthetics based one

Facing the dilemma myself between a no-name surgeon versus one of the goats

But damn that bulbous nose needs addressing, possibly hydrocortisone or rhino.

I agree tbh especially now that the swelling is gone it does look better than I thought at first, especially from the side profile

I’m just doing a lot of research rn on how big the difference is between a functional bimax like this and a more blackpilled aesthetics based one

Facing the dilemma myself between a no-name surgeon versus one of the goats

For him I think it would be negible jus cuz all his other flaws

If someone only has failos cuz their lower third and all fixable via trimax I think blackpilled surgeon all the way

But I think a very skilled specialized surgeon would be ideal in both scenarios regardless of their mindset

yo this is me. i'd say it's more or less a bimax and genio result and im happy with it. it didnt solve all my problems but looks wise ill get rhino and maybe jaw angle implants in the future (i have one to correct the assymetry, this is the only part im upset about really). bimax wont make u chad but people ik irl on here said i ascended and i even got cold approached too so i guess it worked out well

damn thats crazy, mirin dude. So wait ur philtrum is still swollen? It does look a couple mms longer in the after, and did u really get a jaw angle implant? Do you have any scans of it or anything. Mirin tho dude
