Honestly all hair growth it different but since your hair texture is pretty tight i’d say it’ll lock in quicker than somebody like me with curly hair. maybe a full year til your at the peak of your hair. Tiktok is gonna be your best friend with tips on how to lock dreads in. To make it grow faster SPAM I REPEAT SPAM braids, corn rows or 2 strand twist look the best.

Only get dreads if you're mixed with black if you aren't it's going to look fake/cringe/non nt (people can see right through)

Im heavily mixed with black my hair is a prove of it but sometimes I'm too white
