clearly a very different camera lens used on both pics to make him look worse before, as the other poster said. plastic surgeons often take the before picture from an unflattering angle/lighting/etc and the after picture as flattering as possible to fool people like you into thinking that one surgery can make such a huge improvement. yes the guy ascended but nowhere near as hard as this before/after makes it seem
