Basically consists of two meals a day in which you can only eat eggs and steak/red meat for 6 days a week with one day a week being a cheat day to replenish your glycogen.
This diet allegedly sheds fat like crazy and can also help put on size at the same time. What are your thoughts on this? I'm going to try it starting Monday to test regardless.
