Thoughts on Vince Gironda's Steak and Eggs Diet?

Basically consists of two meals a day in which you can only eat eggs and steak/red meat for 6 days a week with one day a week being a cheat day to replenish your glycogen.

This diet allegedly sheds fat like crazy and can also help put on size at the same time. What are your thoughts on this? I'm going to try it starting Monday to test regardless.

Too much red meat is bad for you, same for eggs.
That being said, it might work short term.

Yeah was meaning to try for a month max to shed off a bit of fat ASAP. Not gonna do this for my entire life

A month feels like way too much, we're talking about a LOT of red meat and eggs here.
I'd say you could maybe do it for a week, but I personally wouldn't risk it.
 
Depends what you wanna do. Leanmaxing I don’t eat any meat.
