So far I only have small acne that can't even be considered severe acne compared to 1 year ago, now the problem is acne scars and damaged skin. Can tretinoin dose 0.025% help? i can send pic in dm if u wanna

you can spot treat if acne isint severe, recommend applying to nasolabial folds as well and any place wrinkles would naturally develop.

Accutane isn't that extreme, if he has small acne its just going to develop and become worse, accutane will prevent and solve this

If you go on accutane (isotretinoin) the dermatologist will give you the tretinoin after your treatment for upkeep

acne will not become worse with proper habits and since he said that it went down I believe he has a proper diet and proper skincare alr so acc is just excessive and will rape his hormones

Im taking that rn its barely been a week though since I started applying it ilyk if anythin happens so far no progress tho

yeah i very rarely eat junk food/sweets, and if pimples appear, they are very small, don't get big, and just disappear.

I see, some people here also have the same experience and some on it works for him. never know until I try it and hope it works well
