Narrow mouth is truly brutal. The options you have is filler which can make it appear slightly wider but I don't think it's worth it in any case. Palate expansion if yours is narrow can give around 1 to 2mm increase in width at most with almost no visible results. The last and best but risky option is mouth widening surgery which is really not commonly done (up to 7mm width increase). As cutting the skin and lip fragments alone and stretching them wouldn't be effective and the chance of relapse is high some of your orbicularis muscles must be removed too. One of the surgeons that does it is Dr. Eppley and there were some patients sharing their experiences with him as successful. My assumption is that the procedure can cost anywhere from around 4000 USD to even 18,000 USD depending on the location, but I'm sure it's only performed by a few surgeons in the world. I would recommend it because the reward is high.
