Just went to the ortho to get new retainers and thumb pulled for about 90s before getting them fitted.
You usually get immediate & temporary results of palate expansion from thumb pulling, so I believe that my retainers will be wider than my palate, helping me achieve a wider palate.
Has anyone asked their orthodontist for a wider retainer for crowded toothcels like me?
I don’t want to pay $5k for Invisalign for them to cuck my palate and narrow it.
