So last time I posted about thumb pulling I got roasted to high heaven and told by everyone in this thread that this is a cope method with zero results. But I swear I see change?..
Obviously different lighting and such but now it’s been almost a week of thumb pulling 2x a day with hard mewing + right side decompression and even if the change is not noticeable you guys my pallete on my right side has grown (I can now suction my tongue and pull it down to make that clicking noise, which I couldn’t do before due to lack of suction on my right side)
Call it cope if you will but at the least my breathing mechanics have improved lol
