Lowkey just improve.Improvement at any level will give you the same burst of satisfaction whether its becoming ltn or htn you will make yourself happier and improve your life by just trying anything.

bro you need a lefort 1 thump pulling wont help in this case and you should try to look into some implants for ur lower third and brow ridge just a full face implant ngl
