Do thumb pulling actually work? I'm 19, I want to improve myself. Recently, Dr Mike mew and Oscar Patel have been partnering and agreeing on the fact that Thumb pulling actually works. If so, do anyone have solid progress done via thumb pulling. (please exclude progress done whilst puberty)
