I’m 18, turning 19 in June. Been doing this since December 2024. Hard chewing w like a jawersize object for like 30 minutes while sitting upright (I think jester Patel would say it’s better to do in a chink tuck position but for lazy fucks like me i think its the same)

Then thumbpull in chin tuck position for 15 min minimum, 15-30 I js watch a yt video during all this.
