We exerted a pressure of 200 Newtons for 2 mins/11 times a day.
Let me elab…
In this study 22 children saw an average increase in maxillary projection of 1.6mm with a daily force of 600-800g from a reverse face pull mask. As qualified scientists we can assume they wore this for 12-14 hrs per day (the average prescribed limit).
If we were to mimic these results we would have to pull the equivalent of deadlifting 40-50kg on the roofs of our mouths in *realistically* 20-30s bursts in a 2 minute duration. Thanks for listening here’s the ChatGPT summarisation:

Lol it's so over if you are doing all this analysis for something like thumbpulling.

cool maxilla is forward. Now what about the mandible

cool maxilla is forward. Now what about the mandible
The study said the mandible was reported moving back into the skull only because of the cucked chinstrap you have to wear with the mask. This doesn’t happen with thumbpulling. As for mandible growth I think it’s supposed to follow the trajectory of maxilla.

Now create a 3d printable reverse face pull mask

30s burst of max pressure is pretty hard for me and i doubt i can produce 50kg of force. Also I dont know if youre talking about expanding or pushing forward. Pushing forward generates much more force similar to a tricep extension or a close grip bench but it would be hard to maintain that force for more than 10 seconds at least for me. I better way for me is 5-10 seconds 2-3 times done as often as possible, maybe every 5 min
