Thumbpulling or palate expander?

I’ve been thumbpulling 40 mins a day for a week now and it’s hella effort. Im wondering if I should just get a palate expander.
I also want to know if palate expander widens the nose.

No but I've seen more and better results from palate expander.

I can’t find palate expander results with someone’s front face. I just need to see if it widens your nose. Heard it can also develop orbitals better

Tiktoker “4k_ape” had crazy zygo, maxilla, and orbital ascension with literally get a more positive canthal tilt. And apparently he only got a palate expander. (Looks at his top pinned)
