Looksmaxxing Tibia growth plate closed. is it over?

i’m 16 and 5’7. Had an MRI on my knee and i was told that my tibia is done growing but my femur still has a little bit left to grow. what should i do to maximise the time i have left to grow or is it over?

I play sport and that would take me out of it for over a year. i don’t think LLS is an option id take

i grew about 5cm with closed knee plate there might be some hope but dont get your expectations up

im 17 and i grew about 4cm during this year, i turned 17 in may so there might still be hope

yea expectations are quite low. what did you do to grow or did you just live normally

i used and still am using hgh , test and anavar(not anymore thou ) but i dont think they did much other that speeding up the process

i dont plan on hopping of test anytime soon but gon use hcg few times a year to keep leydig and sertoli cells alive for the future
and for the hgh i will cycle it for at least a year 6 months on 2 months off
