PROCESS:

1. Pour some of the solution into the bottle cap of the hydrogen peroxide
2. Dip the cotton tip into the bottle cap solution
3. Generously apply the hydrogen peroxide to your teeth that show until it starts bubbling up

-__- my bad, i hadn't really looked into them just heard about it because i was thinking about doing it. i thought the whole dentists being jews was a meme but XD at the fact he said whitening toothpaste damages but not strips

The thing with HP is that the longer you use it, the worse, so using high % with added chemicals for enamel protection and remineralization for a short period of time is the way to not fuck your teeth up.
I use a dentist whitening product with added fluor and other chemicals to reduce enamel damage (plenty of studies on this). You can get 8 syringes of opalescence for 50 bux.
If you are so poor you can't buy products with enamel protection you can buy high concentration HP on china or just use the 3% and your method i guess.
I don't cheapen out on my teeth though. Some jew dentist says HP promotes carcinogenics when you use it on your gums, so if you smoke and drink and all the rest you probably shouldnt use HP as mouthwash. For the rest of people maybe use it once every week or every other week.
