Like are you even living in the present if everything is fleeting away.

And how to past doesn't exist and it possibly may have NEVER existed and it's all an illusion.

And how as our memory distorts - so does our perspective.

And how we are conscious and every person I interact have different perspectives.

There's so much more that I can't be asked to type but you get the gist.

And lastly, my thoughts. Thoughts are very confusing idk how to explain it.

Actually we don't know if the past doesn't exist. There's different schools of thought when it comes to the philosophy of time, for example the most common view called eternalism which uses relativity as an argument says that the past present and future exist simultaneously. presentism on the other hand is the view that only the present exists.

It's whatever to me, I don't think too deep into things like this anymore. At the end of we're just a collection of particles moving through time and space, given brains and bodies to fuck and die in by some unknown force. If high IQ moggers can't figure out this shit then i have no reason to waste brain space on it.

I'm going to use this as an excuse to become a philosopher

I always say "The more you think, the less you know". Every time I sit down and actually think about the afterlife, space, the future or anything that is based off beliefs rather than research, I overthink it and get annoyed that I know so little.

The present is not self-contained or absolute, it carries a trace of the past and an anticipation of the future

They exist in that those events which succeed them are dependent upon their existence.
You can’t act independently, each action is dependent on those which preceded it

eternalism (if you ignore the cucked ahh name) makes a lot of sense if you believe in causality

Go ahead but at the end of the day philosophy at least as it relates to ontology which is the study of the features (properties) of objects you'll find yourself doing the Sisyphus challenge. To put it in perspective, iq moggers up until 1800's were solely philosophers and they were thinking about this shit constantly and most of their ideas now is just seen as gibberish and mental clutter. Contribute your brain to things we are certain we can discover but haven't yet like math and science shit.

Why overthink man, it won't fix your subhuman face neither will it change anything. Your not meant to understand it. It’s not something our brain is suppose to understand

Memories do exist physically tho. For example, you can forget something forever. Or amnesia. This means that it is physical, representing a certain position of particles or matter in the brain. This means that memory can be measured or read by someone other than you.

I'm too low IQ for abstract thinking and concepts like this. Give me a math problem and I'll solve it happily

But it's never fully accurate tho

The past leaves traces behind like light but as humans we'll never be able to perfectly capture it as it was
