There is a lot of asymmetry and I don't believe it's due to the swelling only. He said it himself that he is going

It's still way too early to judge anything, his nose and jaw def needs revision though.

I do think when its all done his smv will only be increased by a negligible amount and it's just more proof that surgery is cope for most people.
