There is a lot of asymmetry and I don't believe it's due to the swelling only. He said it himself that he is going

I do think when its all done his smv will only be increased by a negligible amount and it's just more proof that surgery is cope for most people.

his surgeon was one I was thinking of consulting, kinda glad I didnt know, whilst it isnt bad there were some odd things, e.g. not taking out his wisdom teeth

it was a nearly 12 hour surgery with 11 different procedures preformed, there was obviously going to be issues lol

So now we finally have Ape’s trimax but very limited surgical table pics, and Timmy’s constant social media updates. It’s only natural to be obsess over the results esp for this autistic hell hole forum

The reality is that most bimaxillary procedures should be performed by an oral and maxillofacial surgeon working closely with an orthodontist throughout the treatment. Likewise, the rhinoplasty should ideally have been performed by a plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.

The overall concept is good, but it's rare for a single surgeon to excel at every aspect of such a complex facial reconstruction. The fact that the wisdom teeth were left in place, the patient ended up with a posterior open bite, and even the mandibular implants appear to be misaligned suggests that there is still significant room for improvement in planning and surgical precision.

I called this the day of the surgery, the surgeon for giant put bros maxilla off a noticable amount, hes getting a revision, who knows how that will go.
