He was unlookable for a few weeks but he’s starting to look normal now , might be the facial hair hiding the philtrum. The thing is that if you look at the picture right after the operation where he still is on the table his philtrum is looking very normal. My verdict is that he is not botched, gotta see the final results but a canthopexy wouldn’t hurt i think. Rn hair is the main issue
